THIS IS VIEW OF THE LONG STRETCH OF THE BOULEVARD .THE FIRST THING YOU CAN SEE IS THE SILLIMAN UNIVERSITY . ONE OF THE BIGGEST UNIVERSITY HERE IN DUMAGUETE CITY .IN THE AFTERNOON THERE IS A LOT LOCAL PEOPLE SPENDING THEIR TIME TALKING UNDER THOSE BIG ACACIA TREES .WHILE SOME JUST WALKING AND SITTING AND ENJOY THE COOL BREEZE OF AIR FROM THE SEA .AND IN THE LATE AFTERNOON TILL EVENING . THEY HAVE  THESE SEVERAL STALL SERVING ” TEMPURAAN ” AS WHAT THEY CALLED IT LOCALLY  . I THOUGHT ITS LIKE JAPANESE TEMPURA BUT HERE IS A MODIFIED TEMPURA TO MAKE IT TO LOCAL RESIDENT AFFORDABLE  . INSTEAD OF USING BIG SHRIMP . THEY USED GRINDED FISH MIXED WITH FLOUR AND SHAPED IT. LIKE SHRIMP .EVEN THE STUDENT CAN AFFORD THIS ” TEMPURAAN ” . JUST LIKE THIS  GROUP OF STUDENTS THAT I JOINED THEIR TABLE . THEY ALSO SELL THIS ” BALUT ” THE COOKED EGG WITH  DUCK FETUS INSIDE . THESE BALUT EGGS ARE VERY POPULAR IN THE PHILIPPINES .
