Segovia is one hour and half away from Madrid by bus and this aqueduct is their main attraction to see here in Segovia. This aqueduct was built by Roman during their colonization on this region. The aqueduct was made of hard granite and perfectly aligned and perfectly hold water to distribute to the farm and resident  on this area. It had 1800 meter long  and 14 km away from the river and the amazing about this aqueduct is how the roman move the water from that distance and the Roman are well known for this kind of building. This aqueduct is protected by UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE.
